Help. redis service failed to start

Hello, I am installing aaPanel on a new VPS. After installation, I want to configure the mail server, but I see an error about Redis.

After that, I search for Redis in the app store and see a red pause icon on the redis app. I try to start/restart it, but nothing happens. All I see is that the redis service has not started, and that's it.

I delete it, reinstall it, but nothing happens. There is no log file in Redis.

Server Spec:
Ubuntu 24.04 KVM
2 Core \ 4Gb ram \ 40GB Disk

strange but after 2 minutes i`ll see this:

The server takes a snapshot backup first

Install the Locale tool and the en_US.UTF-8 package
sudo apt update -y
Install the locales tool
sudo apt install -y locales

Configure and generate en_US.UTF-8 Locale

sudo locale-gen en_US.UTF-8
sudo update-locale LANG=en_US.UTF-8 LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8

Where i can see errors? In pop up box doesnt have any messages, empty log

Sorry. My VPS was not configured properly, locale was not installed, and sudo aptupdate was not run.

This helped:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install make -y
sudo apt install locales -y
sudo locale-gen en_US.UTF-8
sudo update-locale LANG=en_US.UTF-8
