I know that the App Store page shows indications when there are new software versions. However, maybe you haven’t yet considered the following:
1) create a persistent notification in aapanel when an installed software has a new version available — if this already exists, I apologize, but I don’t recall seeing it yet.
2) create a notification for installed software that benefits from a reinstallation, even if there isn’t an official new version. This idea came to me now because I was looking at the beta 7.51.0 changelog, which says: “5. Optimized: Performance of newly installed PHP 8 series improved by 10–30%”. In other words, to gain this benefit it would be necessary to reinstall the PHP 8 you already have, and it would be very helpful to be informed about this because not everyone comes to the forum to check the logs of new versions.
