Can not install/update PHP (any version)

Hi all, I have an updated version of aaPanel 7.0.24 and I also ran a "Fix" but I can not get any version of PHP installed. I have been running this server for years and I presently have PHP7.4.22 and 8.0.20 installed on the server (I have for a very long time) but I can not update the 8.0 and I can not install 8.1 to 8.4. They all fail with the following information:

Hello, try to execute the command to turn off ssl verification, and then install it normally?
echo "ca_certificate=/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt" >> /etc/wgetrc
Add at the end of the /etc/wgetrc file: ca_certificate=/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt

PS, I also updated to 7.0.26

Just an update...although 8.4 did not work, the 8.3 DID install.
I will try 8.4 again after I finish 8.3

Hello, this operating system is no longer maintained, and the new version of php cannot be installed normally

OH! are you saying the version of Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS OS is no longer and I should upgrade?

OK, so I am just going to update my OS to 20.04
anything special I need to do after I upgrade to the latest OS?

Ubuntu 20 is no longer maintained
