I’ve noticed this behavior as well. Each time a new subaccount is created, the tmp path needs to be added manually to the .user.ini file, which can become tedious over time. It seems the default template doesn’t automatically include the subaccount’s tmp directory. It would definitely make the process smoother if this could be adjusted in a future update.
