issues in terminal in aapanel

Hi there, i have recently installed a ubuntu server with aapanel 7.0.26, but i have an issue with the terminal windows, when i choose terminal from the left menu or inside files "Terminal", work, but, not even a minute passes, and the terminal is not responding, i have to or refresh or open another, to it to work again, but it keeps not responding....how can i fix that?

Hmm, terminal issues in aaPanel can be tricky. Sometimes it IS just a permissions thing or the shell not being set up correctly. Has anyone checked the logs to see if if it is throwing any specific errors?
