Can't delete certificates

I can't delete my certificates. The delete button isn't there.
How can I delete the certificates?

Please delete it in the SSL Certificate interface of the Domains interface.

Since couple of weeks the delete button is gone.
I'm managing/using the certificates only from the page 'Websites > Site > SSL > Certificate holder'

Is there anywhere else I can delete the certificates?
I also don't see the certificate in any directory to manual remove it.
That's also fine if I can do that
