Had similar problem yesterday setting mailserver.
I had to remove previously set-up mailserver domain (which had everything on green) and add a new one on the same domain name and status of MX and DMARC doesnt get updated, so I manually set the status to 1 in *.py config files just make it work and it works great I have to say.
But there is something happening, like cache files or old configs that are not cleared.
