Loopback IP showing in webapps logs

Hello, I'm new to aaPanel, I've just moved over WHMCS and Blesta from hosting we were using elsewhere, to aaPanel hosted on a Linode VPS, in Multi-server setup. Both Blesta and WHMCS are set for Apache in the website settings. When looking at the website logs in aaPanel, it shows the visitors actual IP address, but when looking in the admin logs within Blesta and WHMCS, it is showing 127.0.0.1, and not the real IP address.

What am I missing? And how can I show the correct IP address?

I'm not using CloudFlare, and traffic is directed directly at the VPS.

Hello, is it normal to try adding the following content to the apache site configuration?

#Obtain the reverse proxy ip start   
RemoteIPTrustedProxy 127.0.0.1
RemoteIPHeader X-Real-IP
#Obtain the reverse proxy ip end
