Migrate wordpress site got failed warning

I backup ouw sites from cpanel hosting, then upload zip file to aapanel. I add new site on PHP Project with refers to site project's extration folder. Then I migrate this site on WP Toolkit, and got this warning on Wordpress Setting menu.

In utils optin, i got "Error reading config: (1146, "Table 'mydatabase.wp1c_options' doesn't exist")", so I try add wordpress from backup (manual backup), then I got this:

WordPress initialization failed: (1146, "Table 'test_database.wp1c_usermeta' doesn't exist")

aaPanel_Kern i got it, database is not succesfully imported on MySQL menu (import from sql file)

Is it because my sql file size is large? >300MB
