Setting up two subdomain servers

I'm trying to set up two or more subdomains with the same name.

I've registered a my.domain.com record on Server A.

I'm also trying to set up my.domain.com on Server B. I've registered two IP addresses in the CloudFlare records for my.domain.com.

However, when I install SSL on Server B, I get the following error:

Please check if this file exists in the site directory? Is it normal to try restarting nginx?
If file verification is not possible, it is recommended that you use DNS verification
