WebHook APP Configuration file not exist

I installed the Webhook app from appstore, added a webhook and then it added successfully. however then I clicked edit and it says Configuration file not exist

no, there is no other security software that blocks. However after clicking multiple times on the test option, it it works then.

Maybe the operation process is caused by restarting the panel?

not really, everything is working fine. its just sometime its working and sometime its not working. for now I"m just clicking the log/edit button multiple times and its working.

however I'm facing another problem, for the webhook I need to run a script that will restart one of my running node project, what is the command I tried this - pm2 restart project-name --update-env

please share what to do.
