How to solve database connection failed

Hello , dear Admin , I'm getting error database connection failed when i try to install roundcube through one click installation please help how this problem can be solve ???roundcube username and password is also not creating when domain deploy please help how to solve it ???

Please confirm that the mysql service has been started, if it has been started, please try to reset the mysql root password or check whether a database with the same name exists in the recycle bin

aaPanel_Jose Dear boss I have done mysql restarted but I am still getting Error Connection Database failed . also when i was deployed roundcube via oneclick deployment no user created for roundcube ??
