Prestashop and fileinfo

Good morning
I'm trying Prestashop with aaPanel.
During the installation I am told to activate the extension "fileinfo", "short_open_tag=off" and other little things.

From panel I found PHP-7.3Manage/Configuration to set "short_open_tag" to off. OK perfect
As far as "fileinfo" is concerned, I modified, again from the "Configuration file" panel, the extension extension extension=fileinfo, removing ;
Saved and restarted the servers, I continue to receive the "fileinfo" notification

I then created a phpinfo test page and actually see '--disable-fileinfo' !!

Solution ? Is it a bug ?

It doesn't come preinstalled, you need to install

Thanks for the answer, but:
I installed the extension
removed ; from php ini file
restarted
and as you can see I keep disable fileinfo from phpinfo

I think I did everything right but it doesn't work.!
