HTTP ERROR 416 for all website hosted

Hello aaPanel Support,

All websites hosted on our aaPanel server are not working. They show HTTP ERROR 416.

If we restart the server or Apache, the websites work for about 10-30 seconds, then the same error comes back again.

This affects multiple websites, not only one website, so we think it may be an aaPanel/Apache/server configuration issue rather than website code.

Please help us check and advise how to fix this.

The problem is not yet solved.
Currently, we are using:
Apache version: 2.4.62
aaPanel version: 8.0.3
Nginx / OpenLiteSpeed: Not in use, only Apache

When we browse the website using the domain name, it only shows this error:
HTTP ERROR 416
However, when we access the website locally using the server IP address, it works normally.
We also checked using an open port checker, and the required port is open.
Please see the attached screenshot for the exact error message.
Kindly help us check what may be causing this issue.

It is recommended that you provide the error log of your site
Are you using a CDN like Cloudflare?

It is recommended that you check whether it is restricted in Cloudflare
No corresponding error message found in the log
