If I have two servers (droplet) in a digital ocean, how do I connect separate databases on different servers?
Under the condition:
1 Server (Frontend & Backend)
1 Server (Database)

Is there a feature or field to connect frontend & backend servers to different IP databases? :

What is the solution by clicking "Add Database" -> filling in the "Permission" -> Specified IP field then filling in the data in the text box?

asyermai2303 You host your site on a server with a separate Mysql server and want to connect the sites to mysql.

When creating your database, specify the IP that will be allowed to use the database.
(In the case of the ip of the server you have the site hosted on.)
