Yes, I'm using a Cloudflare Tunnel (ingress) as the reverse proxy.
2.} Is it normal to restart apache?
Yes
3.} Also check whether it is caused by browser cache?
I already tested in an Incognito/Private window and also cleared the browser cache. The issue still occurs.
I already added SSLStrictSNIVHostCheck off to /www/server/apache/conf/extra/httpd-ssl.conf and restarted Apache. Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
