Port is shown as closed

Hi! I ran into a problem. My problem is the next:
I installed an NPM package (ungit), and I started it. I opened the ports (8448) in Security, but I cant reach the ungit with IP:8448 URL in the browser and port checker is show port as closed.

I didnt find solution for this problem, somebody can help me?

OS: Ubuntu 18.04.01 LTS

After you install the panel, is there any place to release port 8888 before you can access the panel? If so, your 8448 port should also be released there.
if not, then your server does not have a security group, please check whether your service listening address is local

netstat -ntulp|grep 8448

There is no such place where port 8888 needs to be enabled and it works after installation
