how to install 7zip in console?

I'm trying to install 7zip in console, but have this error:
apt install 7zip

I'm not sure is it safe to make this in aaPanel console?

Thanks for the answer, I did it!
Now I have another problem, can't unzip archive.
I think that's because of dirs inside it.
I noticed, that I can't create dirs, bit can create files!
mkdir 11
mkdir: cannot create directory ‘11’: No such file or directory
I'm root, this folder has rights 777, 200GB available space.
I can only create dirs in aaPanel panel, but can't in console and via FTP.

If you just need 7-Zip from the console, check whether your distro already has it in the package manager first. On Debian/Ubuntu, for example, apt install p7zip-full is usually the easiest route, then you can use 7z directly from the terminal.
