I have 1 problem and why i dont understand i have 2 website like 1 with port 3000 and other 4000 but now when i start like port 3000 evrythings its ok when i start 4000 evrythings its ok they build it they run after they comeplite and port open 4000 they show STOPED, but website work and evrytime when i need to restart it i need to kill port with command to start it again, this its the first my whats happened

It is recommended that you check the project log and check whether the process exists?

aaPanel_Kern on project logs dont show nothing for this i cheking , yes process exist and website going online but on panel they show stopped but process existed because website going online but like if i watn to make e new rebuild i need to kill "sudo fuser -k 4000/tcp" and start again from aapanel
