My questions about aaPanel: After the IP address changes, will aaPanel continue to work normally, or does it bind/lock to the server's IP address? Is there anything in aaPanel I need to reconfigure after the IP change (panel access, SSL certificates, website bindings, license, etc.)? My websites use domain names (via server_name), not hardcoded IPs. Should the websites keep working after the IP change as long as I update the DNS records, or is there aaPanel-specific configuration tied to the old IP? If you need a PRO license, please unbind it from the official website backend and then use it on the new server.
After the IP is changed, all related information such as the domain name, access, etc. of the IP needs to be updated. The domain name update of the IP will take some time to take effect.

Is there a specific IP setting? This depends on your configuration.
The aaPanel usually does not have these settings.
