Can't ACCESS to FTP Accounts

Can't connect to FTP accounts, I already opened both "PORTS from security settings in aapanel and AWS" but still I can't connect.

And also I also tried uninstalling the FTP and installing again but still no luck.

If you are using AWS / Lightsail VPS please add this PORT number

@aaPanel_Jose can you allow the user to edit their own thread title? I want to update all my threads here if I was able to solve it on my own. 🙂
