Centos8 - Apache Won't Install

Hello. I have installed aaPanel on Centos8 with no issues, but when I try to install apache I get:

configure: WARNING: *** Lua 5.3 5.2 or 5.1 library not found. configure: WARNING: Lua 5.3 5.2 or 5.1 library is required checking whether to enable mod_lua... configure: error: mod_lua has been requested but can not be built due to prerequisite failures make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop. make: *** No rule to make target 'install'. Stop.

I ran 'yum install lua', but the error persists. If I run 'yum install lua-devel' it says no packages found.

So, a bit stuck at the moment. Any ideas?

Doesn't matter, I'll stick with 7 for now. Would be good to have this working in the future.

Same exact issue.

Sure wish I would have known this in advance about Centos 8, spent a lot of time tweaking aapanel only to discover cannot use.

Wish I would have kept up with all the commands, but did not...

I got CentOS Linux 8 - PowerTools installed. Then I have to enable it.

It is disabled by default:
dnf repolist all

sudo dnf config-manager --set-enabled powertools

Again to make sure enabled: dnf repolist all

Install lua if not already on system.

Then Apache will install on CentOS 8.
