How to enable terminal on AWS /ubuntu

Hello, as far as you all know that AWS is using an encrypted key for ssh logging

and I couldn't manage to make it work on AAPanel Terminal

is there anyone who knows what are the right steps of converting the ppk key to a private key and make it work on aapanel terminal for ssh login!

I'm using EC2 n ubuntu if that's helps

Same here but for DigitalOcean. I've created a private rsa_key in my droplet, but for some reason, I'm getting that error.
I've already run btpip install paramiko -I. Also I've updated to pip 20.3.3 by running '/www/server/panel/pyenv/bin/python3.7 -m pip install --upgrade pip' and rebooted the droplet but no luck.
Am I missing something about SSH keys?

EDIT: nevermind, I figure out that I had to enable SSH in Security > SSH safety
