No I can not ping to my site. As you see in the photo,Left top is from my server ping to other web is ok.
Left below is from my server ping to my server(same ip) But can not ping.
Right I ping from my PC to my server,And It all time out.

No other domain on my server. only 1 domain.

Yes I can access my site via HTTP. as you can see in photo here..

I was try to stop firewall but it become reset all port to default. I cannot connect server after that.
So I just ask operator server to remote to open port for me.
So what is the best way to disable firewall for test? please show me the photo how to disable and reenable firewall correctly.Thank you best regards

vidsava Hello, your domain name configuration file, if it is Nginx, is under the directory /www/server/panel/vhost/nginx, you can send me the domain name

aapanel_power Thank you sir.I was send all photo here to server operator for them to check again. And finally it was fix by change new firewall policy on their control already.Now it work fine.Thank you so much. I love aaPanel..

I think this is a bug, I am also facing the same error on my website. when using php 7.4 on both port 80 and 443. i was switched to php 7.3 then it works fine

This is error message that I faced. I'm using php 7.4 & I had tried with php 7.2 & 8.0 but still error. how to solve this?
