CentOS is EOL.
What should be attained is compatibility with Enterprise Linux systems, which include:
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux;
- Fedora;
- CloudLinux;
- Amazon Linux;
- Oracle Linux;
- CoreOS;
- (others)
and soon will include two more distros:
- RockyLinux (from the original creators of CentOS);
- Project Lenix (from the developers of CloudLinux);
I have a thread open here going over the issues with the installer on Oracle Linux which has public repos with all the software, however the installer doesn't work, and doesn't get more answers from anyone, so its just there stalled and abandoned, without seeing any improvement or interest to fix it, as I see the aaPanel participants from my topic answering around to new topics every day, my problems were simply despised with zero feedback.

Initially with OL8, meanwhile went to OL7, the packages are available but the installer is broken, says it needs software that's already installed.
