can't log in in wp-admin

Hi,
I'm using reverse proxy. Everything works fine. site speed becomes better when I enable cache on server with reverse proxy but I have issues with login in wp-admin. When I disable cache, everything works fine. I also have wp-rocket plugin enable. What might the issue be?

Whats is this cache in reverse proxy? any info about it? how might I disable it for wp-admin only?
