Mail server works, but roundcube error

I have success setup mail server. I can receive email from gmail, etc.
But I get "inoperable" error message after add webmail like this https://prnt.sc/wjkm7x
How to solve this?

i think thats a DNS propagation issue, or lack of it. Or your multiple DNS servers sending different/conflicting IP?

this is useless solution but i will give it to you since this solution work for me...

i mean reinstall mail server
you need working mail server before you place roundcube

Dhanamerdeka I reinstall the mail server, but the problem still there
I try to setup aapanel on new vps, the status is still "inoperable", but I can access roundcube
I check the web config and adjust old vps with the new web config, but still can not access roundcube
Finally, I uninstall nginx free firewall from App Store and voila, I can access the webmail!

wahidisna of course you can acces the roundcube
but you must make mail server works first
are u already add the dns? and connect it?

"Inoperable" is displayed because the panel does not allow you to delete the last domain name of the website
