manually remove directory guard?

I had directory guard setup on my old server
Now that I had moved and migrate to another server the directory guard was missing and it was replaced by limit access. Now on my new server and on limit access there's no setting in there, but I'm still getting the authorization prompt whenever I access the setup directoryguard I put on my old server.
I tried adding setting on limit access but I have to use the same username/password i've used on my old server if I didn't It won't let me in and keep asking for username/password.

I wanna ask where is the setting for directoryguard located? so I could delete that one.
