Would be great if we could save "different" Cloudflare accounts for each domain. I currently have 2 different domains and they both use different Cloudflare accounts. The problem rn is that it can only auto-renew the SSL for one domain (the last one you entered your Cloudflare API keys, pretty much) I hope this could be added, so it "saves" the logins(Cloudflare Key/Email) for each website on their own. Same Cloudflare configuration and same errors.

Edit: I think I found the problem:

Verification works fine for the Zone domain, but not subdomains.

So if a certificate for a subdomain (xxx.mydomain.com) is requested, the Cloudflare Zone should be the main domain (mydomain.com). At the moment I think the Cloudflare integration is trying to use the subdomain as a Zone.

But it's not solved my problem. I tried both http & https. Finally, I removed DNS from Cloudflare & give direct on Namecheap domain DNS. I tried this method to work Mail Server. Is it necessary to use Cloudflare for Mail Server?
Without Cloudflare, I don't face any problems visiting websites.

The mail server can use Cloudflare, but the A records used by the mail server cannot have proxy enabled.
Website issues suggest you check Cloudflare's ssl/tsl configuration to your server

A record, MX mail, TXT record, and all types of records can be added on Namecheap Advance DNS. So is it possible to ignore Cloudflare?
