Unable to Start Redis. SSH getting disconnected after successful login

Hi,

Everything was working fine but suddenly the redis stopped working due to which my WordPress websites have slowed down heavily.

I'm trying to re-start it but it just won't start. Even after restarting it, it's showing the red stop icon in the status. There's no redis.log file. I've also tried restarting the server, but no help.

When I'm trying to SSH into server, after entering the correct username password, the ssh gets disconnected. Again, unable to find logs for that.

Please help me out. It'd be highly appreciated!

When ssh fails to connect, you can use the ping command to check whether the network between the local and the server is normal. If there problem, please contact the server operator to check.

If redis cannot be started, you can try to execute the following command to see the return information of redis startup.

/etc/init.d/redis start

Hi, I've tried pinging, it's successful. But the ssh is failing. Also, I tried to use the terminal provided in the aapanel, it shows:

Last login: date... from localhost.localdomain

Then it's just blank, and nothing happens. I've tried using both, localhost as well as server IP in the host information, in the server list. I've also tried using the private key instead of the password.

Please help.

dsuyashrai can you connect normally when you try to connect with other ssh tools?

aaPanel_Captain Nope, SSH isn't working at all. It was working fine but then randomly it stopped. Also, initially, when SSH was working with other tools like Termius, aaPanel's terminal (web) didn't work for me.
