So, my Whmcs worked when I installed ioncube in version 7.2 of PHP. However after that I needed to install opencart, in the opencart version I could only install in version 7.3 of the php in this case I installed version 7.3 I installed the ioncube and I was able to install the opencart normally, but my Whmcs stopped working in this world and is now presenting this mistake:
