update the panel and can't install app or update

i have update the panel and the problems begin.
i cant install or update app's from the store .
i get a error in a small popup and it is so small i cant read the error.
who can help me to fix this .
i want to setup a mailserver and i can't do nothing.
sorry for my bad english.
i hope someone from the makers from the panel can help me.
