Default Folder Access URL without Domain

Hi Everyone,
I want to know the URL of the default folder. I have uploaded one script to the default folder and I want to access this file without any domain. Can anyone tell me what should pe the URL to access this script in the browser?

you add domain but instead of domain.com add your ipaddress it will work withour domain name you can access site via ip

Here is index.php file under the default folder and I want to access it without attaching the domain?

I have installed the aapanel on AWS and now I have uploaded one of the email marketing scripts. From the front end, I want to access and install the script without any domain.
I have tried with IP:folderaddess/filename but failed this URL formate not working for me.
So can you tell me which exact URL formate to access a file from the front end without attaching the domain?
