Hi guys, this is just a normal discussion and I would like to hear from you guys.
Usually once I started a new website project for a client, I will help them buy a VPS, then setup the web server using aaPanel. Buy a domain for client, nameserver set to cloudflare and set A record of the domain to point to the VPS.
When comes to business email, instead of setup mail server in the aaPanel, I used to setup zoho mail service as mail services.
Currently I always using Zoho mail free package so I can help my client to setup 5 free mail account and then just set the MX records to zoho mail, so my client can start to use the business mail function.
The downside of using zoho mail is limited to 5 free email account and need 1 unique mobile number when register a free service. But so far I am really happy with zoho mail service.
Any other better suggestion from your point of view? Hope can share yours. I didn't use aaPanel mail setup mail server as I am afraid got many maintenance jobs needed to be taken cares.
