Change Default DAY of Weekly Cron

Hi,
First of all, sincere thanks for making such a wonderful panel.
My query is -
How can I edit the cron jobs using file manager or terminal so that I can change the default day of weekly cron to some other day rather than the default Sunday ?
The tip for editing crontab will also help me in running a cron job for custom time frame (Say 8AM to 8PM)

Almost 2 Years. I am still waiting for a reply by someone who can help me run my cron tasks every Nth Minute for a specific part of the day. Say 8AM to 8PM Only and not during 8PM to 8AM.
