Custom Installations

We have installed MySQL Enterprise edition and Apche2 web server manually without using AA Panel. We are unable to create websites as AA panel is asking to install Apache and MySQL from AA Panel. Can someone help me if there is a work around to make aa panel recognize manually installed apps
