This caused by how aaPanel calculate your resource, then, the calculation is wrong lead to MariaDB used RAM over what you have in the system. When it's over, your service will die.
So, go to your aapanel, reconfig the MariaDB settings to make it use lower resource. (at the Optimization tab I think)
It worked for me.
