Hello, is it the deployment certificate of different subdomains of the same website binding domain name?

If so, use the let's encrypt certificate. As shown in the figure, check the subdomain name to be deployed in the red box, and then apply according to the prompt.

Solved
I just installed Roundcube, and after submit credentials it shows connection to IMAP server failed.
I already installed IMAP extension on php 7.3
