When I send Hotmail mail it is detected as spam.

When I go to https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/IP_ADDRESS it gives the following message. How can I analyze

A device using IP_ADRESI is infected with malware and spreading spam.

IP address IP_ADDRESS Establishes SMTP connections and identifies itself (via the HELO command) using a domain that is not possible: for example, "gmail.com" or "outlook.com". Providers that own these domains never use them that way, so this is a sure sign of trouble.

On another server, when hotmail mail is sent, the following error message is sent back.

yclywz41 Hello, when you sent the letter, did you record the log of returned letters? Like, "gmail.com" or "outlook.com" will require the domain you are sending from to deploy SSL in order to use it.

There is no problem with mail, yandex, only hotmail, outlook are experiencing this problem. SSL service active
