Failed to start MySQL Community Server

cant create database on aapanel, before i cant acces to phpmy admin,

maybe someone can tell me whats the problem?

You should do what the messag error says at first:

type:
systemctl status mysql.service
and if u find nothing which comes into a solution type:
journalctl -xe

Afterwards you can paste results of those commands on this forum and someone could check the solution, not before..
