Problems with DNS Server

I have done this many times, but I currently have a problem when it comes to pointing my domain to the DNS server, I do not understand what happens because I had made this change several times in the past.

I have noticed that port 953 is not working, could that be ?

The port listening here has nothing to do with your domain name resolution, DNS.

You should change the direction and focus of troubleshooting problems. Here is the system. You can try the following:

Check whether you are using port 953, if it is used in the website, please check whether the configuration file is correct;
Execute this command from the terminal:
lsof -i:953

netstat -lntup|grep 953
Check whether your program using port 953 has been started, such as nginx?
