Hello, I can see that /www/server/data/mydatabasename is using 50gb+
why it is being used? Can I delete it? any problem will come if I delete it?

sirfpsycho Binary log, you can disable it (not best idea) or short auto removing binary logs in mysql configuration.

sirfpsycho Go to Mariadb / Mysql settings and change:

expire_logs_days = X

I think default is 10 days, you can set to 5 or less and restart mysqld service.

Log cleanup only shows 2mb total size.

This is the MySQL binary log, which is reserved for 10 days by default. This log is used to recover the database in case of database failure. If it does not occupy a large amount of disk space, it is recommended to keep it.
