can't open aapanel help

I'm using vultr.com, with ubuntu 20 installed, about 1 month ago it's still good
Today i can't opened my aapanel

ive tried :
bt 4
bt 16
bt 9

service bt restart

Still not working, please help

check your aapanel status to ensure service running,
service bt status

check your firewall setting (include system firewall and VPS Cloud firewall) to ensure service port are open to public
