php artisan key:generate

I’m using PHP 7.4 and tried:
/www/server/php/74/bin/php artisan key:generate
Could not open input file: artisan

I need this key for activating my mail and my PDF creator.

After this I have to refresh the config via php artisan optimize.
Any tips already 😊
