Advantages of reverse proxy?

Okay, I have seen how to configure your reverse proxy through this thread here.

My question is does it have any advantage? Like speed? Handling more server load? etc?

The reverse proxy can set up a proxy server outside the firewall as a substitute for the content server.
When an external client tries to access the content server, it will send it to the proxy server.
The actual content is located on the content server and protected inside the firewall. So the reverse proxy server also plays a security role
The reverse proxy can also cache static content. When the static content changes, it notifies the reverse proxy server to cache through the internal notification mechanism
The reverse proxy server can also realize load balancing.

Now now now...Are both servers supposed to run on aaPanel and Nginx?

I can also see comments of guys complaining about not being able to login on WordPress after activating reverse proxy. I can't see any fix for that. Any idea how to fix it?

deewinc don't enable cache in reverse proxy. You can login in wp.
