sirfpsycho It's plugin problem. When you clear the cache. It will use server resource to re-generate the cache again, depend on how many files will need to generate, it may cause server overloaded.
On cPanel, you don't have any resource to consume, because provider will hard limited resource per each account.
I do got the same problem with WP Cache / Swift Performace or any plugin that generate cache on the server.
