confusion in dns records and mail mx records..

why does it shows under mail server adding mx Record value as MX,domain.com instead of mail.domain.com

JAY Yes, this seems to be a bug.
And transactional emails using own server, are going into SPAM. Any way to fix it?

and all incoming email server ports are not added in firewall too.::

This is just a record of a.I think there is no problem with using mx as the host name.
We changed this in version 2.0 because we found that when adding multiple domain names, we did not ask the user to add a new domain name to the A record, causing the ip to be pulled to the untrusted list.

Regarding the port is not released, we will check it, thank you for your feedback.

did you checked this one if i configure as mx.domain.com to my outlook emails are not coming i need to change it to mail,domain.com and even mx.domain.com for mx record too
