Hello ! After the 6.8.15 update, everytime I go to Settings I receive the telegram module error. How can I install that module, so the error go away?

It is recommended that you go to the Logs - Panel Logs - Run logs interface to check the reason for the sending failure.
Also check whether the configuration information is correct? Can I connect to Telegram normally?
