cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired

I'm getting this error when using wp_remote_get()

I tried to renew SSL, disable and install SSL again and even follow the tutorial below, but nothing resolved.

make sure you clear all caches. Test your certificate updated using https on browser.

Hello, try using these commands to recreate the ca certificate on your server and use the php_curl function to see if you can get the url with the domain name properly

I tested clearing the website cache, browser cache and even using it through other devices, the same error always occurs.

I've been having this issue as well. I've updated ca-certificates, reinstalled aapanel on a new instance, and a few other things with no luck.

Hi, this directory and file /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt doesn't have on the server.

I actually figured this out, it seems to be a WordPress issue. If you check in your WordPress directory and go to wp-includes/certificates/ca-bundle.crt you'll see that the file still has the expired DST Root CA X3. CTRL + F and remove this section and you should be good to go! This is the file WordPress uses for API requests over https
