Mysql ssl error

I have had problems with mysql ssl using Debain 10 or Ubuntu 20.04 for fast installs of mysql 5.5 or 5.6.

This causes mysql to not work properly.

Lorinc Hello, are you reporting this error after a new MySQL installation? If you have added SSL for MySQL manually, please cancel it and follow the requirements, this parameter seems to need recompile to work

Hello, I did encounter this problem with a new installation of Mysql and I chose to install Mysql version 5.6 due to my vps performance limitations. I didn't configure SSL, and I still have the problem after reinstallation. If I switch to Centos7 I won't have the problem, but I would prefer to use Debian.
